Professional Gas Range Repair – Burner Not Working

We recently completed a professional gas range repair where one of the burners was not functioning properly. The customer reported weak or no flame, making the burner difficult to use for everyday cooking.

After a detailed inspection, we found that the issue was caused by debris and buildup inside the burner assembly. Over time, grease, food particles, and residue can clog the burner ports and restrict proper gas flow, leading to uneven flames or ignition problems.

To resolve the issue, we performed a thorough cleaning of the burner components, including the burner head, ports, and surrounding areas. Once the buildup was removed, gas flow returned to normal.

After reassembling and testing the unit, the burner ignited smoothly and produced a strong, even flame, restoring full functionality.

Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to keep gas ranges operating efficiently and safely. If you notice weak flames, delayed ignition, or uneven heating, it may be a sign that your burner needs professional attention.
