Services

S&K Union Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services for residential customers in Alameda County, Marin County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of high-end kitchen and laundry appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Monogram, and other premium brands.

S&K Union Appliance Repair is an independent repair company. We are not authorized by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe the appliances we service.

Service Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (650) 777-5552 or through our online booking system.

  • A diagnostic service call fee of $85 applies to all appointments.

  • The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.

  • We strive to offer same-day service when possible, subject to availability.

Pricing and Payment

  • All repair quotes are provided upfront before work begins.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

  • A 2.9% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

Warranty

  • All repairs include a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, except repairs on Miele appliances. For Miele appliances, the 1-year warranty applies only to refrigerator and sealed-system repairs. Other Miele repairs (such as dishwashers, washers, dryers and ovens) are not covered by this warranty.

  • Sealed system repairs may include extended warranties of up to 5 years.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Parts

We use only genuine, factory-approved OEM parts for all repairs. We do not use aftermarket or refurbished parts unless specifically requested and agreed upon by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee for future appointments.

Liability

S&K Union Appliance Repair LLC is fully licensed (License: A48788) and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to our repair work.
