Wolf Product Lines We Support
-
Ranges
Gas, dual-fuel, and induction ranges in all configurations — 30", 36", 48", and 60". Burner ignition failures, uneven heating, thermostat issues, control board faults, and door seal replacement.
-
Cooktops
Gas sealed-burner cooktops, induction cooktops, and rangetops. Burner won't ignite, flame won't stay lit, induction zone not responding — diagnosed and repaired same day.
-
Wall Ovens
Single and double wall ovens, convection and conventional. Temperature inconsistency, heating element failure, control board malfunction, door hinge issues, and fan motor replacement.
-
Steam Ovens
Convection steam ovens require specialist care. Water tank errors, steam generation failures, temperature calibration, and control system faults — all serviced using factory-spec parts.
-
Warming Drawers
Temperature control issues, drawer mechanism failures, and heating element replacement.

Our Work
-
The most common cause is a faulty thermocouple or thermocoupling seat — the safety mechanism that detects flame and keeps the gas valve open. It can also be a clogged burner port or a weak igniter. This is a straightforward fix when caught early, but running the burner repeatedly trying to light it can wear the igniter further. Worth getting looked at promptly.
-
Usually a failing heating element, a miscalibrated temperature sensor, or a control board that's no longer reading the sensor accurately. Wolf ovens are precise by design, so even a 25-degree variance is worth diagnosing — it affects cooking results and often signals a part that's on its way out.
-
Dual-fuel ranges have two independent systems, and they fail independently. A dead oven with working burners almost always points to an electrical issue — a blown thermal fuse, a failed heating element, or a control board fault. We carry the most common components for Wolf dual-fuel models and can typically resolve this in a single visit.
-
Wolf error codes are specific and diagnostic — they're the appliance telling you exactly what's wrong. An unresponsive panel can be a control board failure, a wiring issue, or in some cases a simple reset. Don't ignore error codes or try to clear them without understanding what triggered them — the underlying cause doesn't go away.
Common Wolf Problems We Fix:
-
Steam ovens are more complex than conventional ovens and more sensitive to water quality and scale buildup. Error codes related to water or temperature often indicate a blocked steam generator, a failed water inlet valve, or a sensor issue. These are not DIY repairs — the steam system requires proper diagnosis before any part is replaced.
-
A convection fan that's stopped or running intermittently is usually a failed fan motor or a loose wiring connection. The practical effect is significant: without proper air circulation, the oven heats unevenly and cooking times become unpredictable. Most Wolf convection fan motors can be replaced in a single visit.
-
The self-clean cycle runs at extremely high temperatures and puts more stress on components than normal cooking. If it stops mid-cycle or won't start, the likely culprits are a door latch that isn't engaging fully, a thermal limiter that has tripped, or a control board issue. Attempting to force a self-clean cycle when something isn't right can cause additional damage — better to have it diagnosed first.
-
A worn or damaged door gasket lets heat escape, which throws off cooking temperatures and forces the oven to work harder than it should. On older Wolf units, the door hinge can also loosen over time, causing misalignment that prevents a full seal. Both are straightforward repairs that have a noticeable impact on performance and energy use.
