Services
S&K Union Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services for residential customers in Alameda County, Marin County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County . Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of high-end kitchen appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Monogram, and other premium brands.
Service Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (650) 777-5552 or through our online booking system.
A diagnostic service call fee of $75 applies to all appointments.
The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
We strive to offer same-day service when possible, subject to availability.
Pricing and Payment
All repair quotes are provided upfront before work begins.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
A 2.9% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Warranty
All repairs include a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
Sealed system repairs may include extended warranties up to 5 years.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Parts
We use only genuine, factory-approved OEM parts for all repairs. We do not use aftermarket or refurbished parts unless specifically requested and agreed upon by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee for future appointments.
Liability
S&K Union Appliance Repair LLC is fully licensed (License: A48788) and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to our repair work.
